There are so many things that can distract your attention- phones, stereos, internet, music, TV, friends and your family are all time-consuming and they can make your productive time non-existent.

Does this mean that if you want to be successful,you must abandon all the things mentioned above? No, it does not. Just don't think about your friends or watching TV until you have finished your work or workout.
All these temptations will still be there tomorrow and the next day.

No more excuses - you must accomplish your work objectives for each day, or you have failed. Commitment is the key. Do not let distractions get in your way.
